I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the help you have provided to my staff as well as myself.
After purchasing my second practice just two years after the first, I found myself having a difficult time with the management and flow of the practice. It was complete chaos. There were plenty of patients and plenty of opportunities, but so many of them were slipping out of the door due to the flow of the practice and the closing skills of the staff. It was at this time I decided to contact you for help after seeing so many fantastic comments on Dentaltown. After speaking with you, I decided that you were the right person to help me on this journey and reach my goals of creating a system which would allow me to work easier and more efficiently. We also discussed my longterm goal of owning multiple practices which all abided by the same system of flow and interchangible parts…so to speak.
Since teaming up with you just under a year ago, my chaotic practice has turned into a system which I almost don’t even need to think about. It seems like years ago now in which it was a practice that consumed my every thought because I had no trust in the system or staff to implement that system. With you training specific staff members with your closing calls, the case acceptance has sky rocketed. After we both decided that the previous office manager needed to be replaced, you were instrumental in cleaning up our accounts receivables which she had left as a mess. We were able to quickly collect all of our outstanding claims which had been submitted incorrectly and never resubmitted with proper documentation. Once that was corrected, with your assistance, I hired a new office manager who now runs 2 of my 3 practices. After you interviewed her, your comment to me was “hire her now”, and so I did. Because of that decision, I then purchased a 3rd practice less than a year after the 2nd…and only because I felt I had the management and support group in place to make this possible.
What else can I say but thank you. Thank you for helping my chaotic practice turn into a smooth sailing ship and fantastic revenue producing machine. Thank you for telling me I needed to replace the management in place in that practice and helping me make the decision to hire the manager I did. Without your help, I would likely still be trying to collect thousands upon thousands of dollars in outstanding claims and trying to turn a staff around that was set in their ways and running a mess of a practice. In turn, without your help, I never would have purchased the 3rd practice in only 3 years, and the one closest to my home, fee for service, and what will likely become the most profitable of the three.
